Our team pays much attention for the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. We would like to show you how this lifestyle can improve you living taking care of yourself and making simple steps. We are a young and energetic team of like-minded people ready to accompany you on your journey of a healthy lifestyle.

About Well-Being CLUB

How it started?

One winter evening almost 2 years ago two friends were sitting by the fireplace, warming themselves at home. One of them was get involved in sport, the second – in a healthy food. Both were discussing the importance of these factors in a person's life, so they came up with the idea to organize their own online community, where they could gather like-minded people and share experience with each other. This is how the Well-Being CLUB was born. This project is like a child that grows every year, absorbing only the best. We do not just share information with people, we are telling how to improve the quality of life through simple and proven steps.


How do it work?

Well-Being CLUB is a project-help through which we help people to improve their quality of life. Anyone who is our like-minded person can become a part of our team. Thus, thanks to our joint experience, we share the idea of a healthy lifestyle with the outside world. We believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and happy!


What is Well-Being?

➣ Are you able to put the bad days in perspective and live with a sense of purpose?

➣ If you answered yes, then you are experiencing well-being, a state of general contentment with life and the way things are. In this state we experience balance in body, mind, and spirit and feel connected to purpose, people, and community.

➣ But many of us aren’t there. Our lifestyle or life conditions are causing harm, manifesting as fatigue or anxiety or even physical pain. We feel disconnected from others or stuck in routines that hold no meaning. We are dissatisfied with our daily lives. We live in constant worry or fear.

➣ The good news is that with practice, we can enhance our well-being and achieve a state of balance and contentment.

➣ Well-being begins with the simple question — what can I do to feel safe, content, and balanced? Asking this shifts our whole perspective — we are no longer looking to our healthcare providers or government or big business to tell us what we need to do. We are empowering ourselves to explore what we really need and to evaluate for ourselves what makes sense.

➣ Well-being is something sought by just about everyone, because it includes so many positive things — feeling happy, healthy, socially connected, and purposeful. We invite you to explore each dimension. Our hope is that this model will lead us to individual, community, and environmental well-being.
